Science Research Mentoring empowers ambitious high school and undergraduate students to tackle real‐world scientific questions using the same science hands‐on methods employed by professional researchers. Under the guidance of expert mentors, participants learn to identify a science problem, ask a research question, design experiments, analyze data, and draw meaningful conclusions—all while contributing to the broader scientific community. Upon completing the program, each student designs a research poster to present at a national conference and submits their findings for potential publication in a University peer‐reviewed, citable journal, laying a strong foundation for their future career in science.
