• Reflect and Review: Start by looking back at the past and current month, and review your accomplishments and challenges from the past week.
• Goal Planning: Identify and write down 3 specific goals for the upcoming week that align with your bigger picture.
• SMART Goals: Break down your goals into SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) objectives that ensure clarity and focus.
• Organize and Prioritize: Transfer your SMART goals into the new week’s calendar or timetable, setting yourself up for a productive week ahead.
