JUSENIOR Mentoring Institute is a Zambia-based network empowering students and professionals through peer-to-peer and senior-to-junior mentorship. We guide individuals from secondary school to university and into their careers or businesses, offering group workshops and personalized one-on-one support. Our goal is to help 1,000 Zambians advance their academic and professional journeys by 2027—because when one rises, we all rise.
What We Offer:
- Academic & Career Mentoring Our Goal: By 2027, help 1000 Zambians advance their academic and career journeys all the way from secondary school students, to pursuing College /University, to becoming working professionals or business owners.
- Peer to Peer and Senior to Junior Mentorship: Our ladder-like network of mentorship connects seniors with their junior counterparts (hence the name JU-SENIOR). Therefore, secondary school students are mentored by school-leavers, college and university students. Meanwhile postgraduate students and working-professionals mentor school-leavers, university and college students.
- Group Mentorship: Monthly and weekly group mentorship meetings and workshops hosted by senior and peer mentors are designed to enhance specific academic, personal, and professional skills; perfect for busy students or early-career professionals wanting quick, impactful growth sessions .
- Personalized Guidance: One-on-one sessions tailored to individual goals, whether it's academic advancement, career strategy, or personal/family goals, we have a mentor who has gone before you and will guide you to have a successful experience.
